Officers, who were responding to a well-being call, arrived to find Asham dead outside. Authorities have since deemed his death was a homicide.

On Thursday evening, Nicole Marie Lagimodiere, 40, was arrested at a home on Pritchard Avenue.

A few hours later, Lance Pavel Beardy, 33, was arrested at an apartment complex on Park East Drive.

Both were charged and detained in custody. The allegations against them have not been tested in court.
