By News Staff

Winnipeg police say a fourth suspect was arrested and charged in the Ashley Isabella Murdock homicide investigation.

The Winnipeg Police Service says Devon Charlie Colomb, who was wanted for accessory to murder, was arrested Sunday. He was charged and detained in custody.

Police say Murdock was found dead inside an apartment complex on Kennedy Street on the morning of July 5.

The 28-year-old had been reported missing two days earlier; her last contact was reported to be on June 26.

Investigators believe Murdock’s body was moved to Kennedy Street, but they say she was not killed there.

Three suspects had already been charged in relation to her death. Kelly Marie Kroeker, 32, was charged with second-degree murder. Kenneth Walter Young, 28, and Charles Harold Wood, 38, were charged with accessory to murder.
