Winnipeg police recover vehicle believed to be linked in fatal hit-and-run, driver still wanted

Winnipeg police have recovered a vehicle that is believed to be linked to a fatal hit-and-run on Monday at Notre Dame Avenue and Keewatin Street.
WPS says they were alerted to an abandoned vehicle on Scotwoods Drive on Tuesday. When investigators arrived, they found a white 2019 Hyundai Tucson and another car parked near each other, both with damage.

On Monday in a release, police said they were looking for a white or light-colored SUV which was believed to be the vehicle that hit and killed a 56-year-old man.
