Teenagers with sword attack man in Dauphin: RCMP

By News Staff

Manitoba RCMP say they’re looking for three teenage suspects after a man was assaulted with a sword in Dauphin, Man., on Monday.

Police say the teens were walking down Oak Street around 6 p.m. when one of them began to strike a vehicle with a sword.

They say the owner of the vehicle suffered a non-life-threatening injury when he confronted the suspects and struck with the sword.

But police say the victim managed to get possession of the weapon before the teens fled.

The man was treated and released from hospital.

Police say the suspects include two boys and a girl.
