Jets ink defenceman Tyrel Bauer to two-year deal

The Winnipeg Jets have re-signed defenceman Tyrel Bauer to a two-year, two-way contract on Monday.
The deal will see the Cochrane, Alta. native earning $875,000 each year.
Bauer netted one goal and four assists, while also picking up 110 penalty minute in 52 AHL games last season.
He was also presented the 2025-26 Yanick Dupré Memorial Award as the AHL’s Man of the Year.
