Winnipeg woman, 23, charged in string of break-ins, arson

A woman is facing a slew of charges relating to a series of break-ins in Winnipeg over the course of a two-week period last month.
Police say they received reports of break-ins at two homes, 10 garages and an arson to one of the garages.
Residents also reported $12,000 worth of property was stolen.
A 23-year-old woman has been charged with multiple counts of break and enter and theft.
