Man killed in collision near McGillivray Boulevard, Perimeter Highway

Winnipeg police say a 42-year-old man is dead after a multi-vehicle collision Thursday evening.
WPS says around 7:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a collision between a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck near McGillivray Boulevard and Perimeter Highway.
Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services responded to the scene, and found a 42-year-old man — who was driving the passenger vehicle — suffering from serious injuries before he died at the scene.
The driver of the semi remained at the scene and spoke to officers.
Police say an investigation is ongoing, and no charges have been laid at this time.
