1 charged, another still wanted in connection to Feb. 7 homicide

Winnipeg police say one of two suspects believed to be linked to the death of River Harper on Feb. 7, has been charged.
WPS says after releasing images of the two suspects believed to be linked to the death that happened on Assiniboine Avenue, officers received tips that led to the identification of both suspects.
Police say around 2 a.m. on Friday, officers took 20-year-old Jadar Morrison into custody. He has since been charged with manslaughter.

Police are still looking for 21-year-old Jrayden Monias. He is wanted for manslaughter.
