Winnipeg police looking for 2 people believed to be linked to homicide

Winnipeg police say they are looking for two people believed to be linked to the death of River Harper earlier this month.

WPS says on Feb. 7, officers responded to an apartment along Assiniboine Avenue, following reports of the suspicious death of a man.

By the time officers arrived, WFPS was already on scene and had confirmed the death.

On Thursday, WPS said they are looking for two people believed to be connected to the crime.

The first suspect has been described as 5’6″ to 5’8″, with a thin to medium build, dark mustache, and beard/goatee.

The second suspect has been described as 5’10” to 6′, with a medium to large build, and black shoulder-length hair.
