Thousands of fans took part in the Winnipeg Jets White Out party over the weekend, and for one Jets fan, the party was an important one, as she was there for both herself, and her late father. @_MorganModjeski reports.

Thousands of Jets fans wearing white gathered outside Canada Life Centre Saturday afternoon to cheer on their team in the playoffs.

It was the first Whiteout party of the NHL post-season as the Winnipeg Jets play the Vegas Golden Knights in round one.

The first two games of the opening series – which the teams split at one win apiece – were played in Nevada.

The focus turned to Winnipeg for Game 3 and Game 4. And Winnipeggers did not miss the opportunity to celebrate their team with fellow fans, packing Donald Street to cheer on the home side.
