2 people hospitalized in Aberdeen Avenue house fire

Two people were taken to hospital in unstable condition after a fire at a home on Aberdeen Avenue early Wednesday morning.

Winnipeg firefighters were called around 12:13 a.m. and arrived to find flames and smoke coming from the house.

Fire crews learned there were people still inside the house, and rescued them.

The blaze, which was declared under control at 12:39 a.m., is under investigation.
