RCMP renew appeal for information in Rico Linklater homicide

Monday marked three years since 22-year-old Rico Linklater disappeared from Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation. Last seen in the early hours of October 21, 2021, Rico’s case quickly turned from a missing person report to a homicide investigation as police gathered evidence suggesting foul play.
The Nelson House RCMP, have conducted over 175 interviews, canvassed the community, and carried out extensive searches, but crucial details remain elusive.

The community continues to rally for answers, and Rico’s family remains hopeful for closure in this ongoing case.
