Police investigating multi vehicle collision in central Winnipeg

Winnipeg police sectioned off the scene of an incident involving at least two vehicles spanning a few blocks of Osborne Street Saturday evening.

Yellow tape surrounded an area between Woodward and Brandon Avenues. 

The Winnipeg Police Service has yet to release details regarding the circumstances of the incident.

But multiple officers were on scene placing evidence markers on the ground near the truck. 

Police also investigated a second vehicle near the intersection. 

An SUV was stopped near a church’s entrance ramp and stairs which were both damaged.

There’s been no word from police yet on how many people were hurt or the nature of their injuries.
