Man wanted in connection to Selkirk Avenue homicide

Winnipeg police are looking for a man who is believed to be connected to a homicide on March 18.
WPS says around 4:40 p.m., officers responded to a home along Selkirk Avenue, after receiving a report that a man was dead.
Police say the man was identified as 56-year-old Edgar Allan Bear, of the Peguis First Nation.

Investigators say 27-year-old Maxim Dale Garneau is wanted in connection to the death of Bear.
Police say he is considered to be dangerous, and are asking anyone who knows his whereabouts, to contact the homicide unit at 204-986-6508, Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477.
