Man physically assaults MPI picketer: police

Winnipeg police say a man in his 40s was physically assaulted while he walked in Tuesday morning’s Manitoba Public Insurance picket line.
The Winnipeg Police Service says it was called to the scene around 9:20 a.m.
The victim was medically cleared on scene.
A 29-year-old man was arrested and is facing one assault charge.
Police say the suspect and victim were not known to each other.
