Police seek 3 ‘persons of interest’ in Elmwood homicide investigation
Winnipeg police say three men are persons of interest in connection with the death of a 24-year-old man in Elmwood earlier this month.
BACKGROUND: Death of 24-year-old man found injured on Elmwood sidewalk
WPS homicide investigators say three men were observed around Keenleyside Street near Kent Road on the night of Oct. 14.

Police received a report around 11:20 p.m. of an injured man on a sidewalk. Officers arrived to find the victim, Joseph Robert Campbell, with serious injuries. He was taken to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators are urging anyone with information regarding the identity of the persons of interest or surveillance footage to come forward.
The WPS homicide unit is still investigating.
