New safety measure added at site of fatal Manitoba highway crash
Rumble strips have been installed at the intersection on the Trans-Canada Highway near Carberry, Man., where 17 people died in a bus crash in June.
Rumble strips alert drivers with a tactile and audible warning that a stop is ahead.
