15-year-old faces second murder charge, police arrest second teen suspect

A 15-year-old has now been charged with a second count of second-degree murder, and another teenage suspect was arrested, after a series of aggravated assaults in Point Douglas on Monday.

Fifty-four-year-old Marvin William Felix was found critically injured in the 600 block of Main Street early Monday morning and has succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
This, after 36-year-old Danielle Ballantyne was found dead in an apartment on Jarvis Avenue.
Police identified a second teenage suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The second teen, also 15, was arrested Friday afternoon.
Investigators say the homicides appear to be random.
