Just days after Canada shocked Japan with a 6-0 win, the Little Mountain Little Leaguers of Vancouver will once again take to the field.

The team is set to face Mexico Monday afternoon at the Little League World Series in South Williamsport, Pa.

Canada’s entry is the only international team with a 2-0 record.

With Mexico having won its only game so far, its match-up with Canada will determine who makes the upper semifinals in the international bracket on Wednesday.

“The team’s still pretty grounded,” Canada manager Ulysses Yan previously said. “We all understand everything from now on is all gravy. We’ll remain competitive regardless of who we’re facing as long as we play our game and stick to the basics.”

The tournament is a double-knockout event. The loser of the game will take on the Caribbean team on Tuesday.

Prior to their win over Japan, the Little Mountain Little Leaguers beat Australia 7-0 on Wednesday.

Canada and Mexico take to the field at 2 p.m. PST.
