Winnipeg road rage incident goes viral; unclear if charges laid

An incident of road rage on a Winnipeg street was caught on camera and has gone viral online.
The incident occurred on Dec. 9 around 12:30 a.m. on Moray Street.
The video captured by a resident nearby shows a pickup truck following closely beside a Subaru car. It looks like the truck attempts to block the car from driving away.
The situation then escalates, as the truck rams the car across the median, at which point police arrive on scene.
It appears in the video an arrest was made, but Winnipeg police would not confirm if any charges have been laid.
The video has been watched more than 47,000 times on YouTube.
