Flood warning in southwest Manitoba, heavy rain in forecast

WINNIPEG – With more heavy rain in the forecast for parts of southwest and western Manitoba, the provincial government is warning of overland flooding in some areas.
Officials are monitoring water level conditions and inspecting infrastructure, including the dam near Rivers, northwest of Brandon.

The dam remains intact, but flows are at record levels.
