RCMP adds ribbon skirt option to dress uniform
The RCMP is now giving officers the option of wearing a ribbon skirt as part of the iconic "red serge" dress uniform. The RCMP says it's an attempt to build culture change in the organization. Some Indigenous women aren't convinced.
