New affordable housing for Indigenous students in downtown Winnipeg

The Opaskwayak Cree Nation will own and operate a new apartment complex located by the University of Winnipeg, that will provide affordable housing for First Nations students moving from the reserve to Winnipeg to pursue a post secondary education.
