Winnipeg city council keeps breed ban in place

On Thursday, city councillors voted 9 to 7 in favour of keeping the ban on specific breeds of dogs in Winnipeg. @BrianneFoley7 talks with End BSL Manitoba on why banning breeds is not the answer to the dangerous dog question.
