Study on COVID-19 in Manitoba child care ‘heartbreaking’

Two University of Manitoba Professors, independently studying COVID-19 cases in the province’s childcare sector, have compiled data from over 300 facilities. As Mike Albanese reports, the Manitoba Child Care Association is calling it ‘heartbreaking’.
