At-risk youth face extra barriers during COVID-19
Community groups are concerned for inner city teens who will see fewer days in the classroom this fall due to COVID-19. While they understand the health reasons for reducing in-school learning, they say it creates even more barriers for at-risk youth. Stefanie Lasuik reports.
