Brandon hit hard with heavy rain and tornado

Brandon residents are left to deal with flooded streets and no power after Environment and Climate Change Canada says a tornado briefly touched down. As Mark Neufeld reports, they are now preparing for a second rain storm expected to arrive in the next 24 hours.
