Fred Tipping Place is a 205-unit, 18-storey seniors residence in Winnipeg completed in 1974 and operated by Manitoba Housing. Residents have heard that management of the building may be changing hands. They’re not sure if this means an entire ownership change, or simply a new contract for property maintenance/management.
