Syphilis cases increasing in Manitoba

Manitoba's public health officer says the province is experiencing a spike in syphilis cases - concentrated in the North and in Winnipeg. Dr. Michael Isaac says increasing meth use, and lack of access to neonatal care are two of the biggest problems.
