Major grocery chains pull romaine lettuce off shelves

Several major grocery stores have pulled romaine lettuce off the shelves nationwide because the leafy green has been linked to an E. coli outbreak. Melissa Duggan with why the government of Canada hasn’t issued a mandatory recall.
