‘Neighbours help each other’: Freeland marks 9/11 at NAFTA talks

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland remembered the Sept. 11 terror attacks ahead of Tuesday’s NAFTA talks in Washington. Freeland says she hopes the anniversary will lend perspective to the trade negotiations.
