Revival of the Block Parent program

It was more than a decade ago the Block Parent sign was an iconic symbol representing a safe haven for children who were in danger or distress. As Sarolta Saskiw reports, a Winnipeg member is looking to revive the popularity of the program, as its neighbourhood presence has drastically decreased.
