Dramatic police takedown ends in four arrests

A stolen vehicle was taken down by members of the Winnipeg Police's Tactical Support Team Monday afternoon - but not before the driver of the stolen car rammed two police cars. Four people, including a 35-year-old man, and three women between the ages of 20 and 28 have been arrested.
