"The notion that treatment centres should only be in rural areas is ill-founded": Scott Oake says addiction centre location will not deteriorate neighbourhood

The proposed location of a long terms recovery centre in St. James has some residents fearing its proximity to homes and public schools. Oake says evidence from other centres located in similar areas across the country prove it's a positive thing.
