Ryan Reynolds visits Winnipeg

Deadpool star and co-owner of Wrexham FC, Ryan Reynolds was in Winnipeg on Wednesday.

Reynolds shared on his Instagram story that he met Winnipeg’s Mayor Scott Gillingham during his visit.

Both Reynolds and Gillingham wrote that they spoke about Winnipeg’s film industry and how nice the city is to shoot in.

According to Gillingham, they also spoke about family films and turning 50.

“Happy birthday, Ryan! Can’t wait to have you back in town again soon, hopefully with a big film project attached,” said Gillingham.
