Winnipeg police seek red-haired suspect in arson of vacant building

Winnipeg police are looking for a suspect in connection with an arson at a vacant building on Henderson Highway two weeks ago.
The Winnipeg Police Service alleges a boarded-up building was set on fire in the early hours of March 25.
Firefighters attacked the fire and declared it under control just before 3 a.m. No injuries were reported.
Major crimes investigators are looking for a woman with a small build with long hair dyed red. Authorities say she was wearing a black hoodie or jacket, black and grey striped mittens, black pants, glasses, mukluks with tassels, and was carrying a small black object, possibly a bag or purse.
