With the latest decision by the U.S. Food and Drug Food Administration, Canada stands as a bit of an outlier

On Wednesday dozens gathered outside of Winnipeg Police headquarters to protest the release of the man who is believed to be responsible for the death of cats found under a bridge on the outskirts of the city. Kurt Black reports.
