Winnipeg Jets reveal jersey sponsor

The Winnipeg Jets have become the latest NHL team to announce their first official jersey sponsor.
The True North Sports and Entertainment group announced the partnership with Canada Life Friday morning.
“As one of our country’s most enduring companies, Canada Life is honoured to build on our partnership with one of Canada’s most beloved sports teams, the Winnipeg Jets,” said Paul Mahon, president and CEO of Canada Life. “This first-of-its-kind partnership deepens our already strong relationship with True North Sports + Entertainment both on the ice and in support of our communities.”
Canada Life has been based in Winnipeg for over 130 years. The company logo will sit in the top right of both home and away jerseys for the 2022-23 season.

Winnipeg Jets jerseys will be sold to fans without the patch. However, those wanting the patch can purchase them as an add-on at Jets Gear retail stores.
Canada Life adds it’ll donate $20 for each jersey sold with a patch to help send a kid to camp.
