Cases of Hand-Foot-and-Mouth disease spike in Winnipeg

Manitoba’s Shared Health says it’s recorded an increase in cases of Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease over the last few months, saying the illness is making a comeback post-pandemic. Morgan Modjeski reports.
