$20K worth of drugs, shotgun seized in Winnipeg police bust on Battery Street

Police have charged two Winnipeggers after a drug bust.

Police say a search warrant was executed at a home on Battery Street on Sunday. During the search, officers allegedly found more than $20,000 worth of drugs.

Police say the following items were recovered at the time of the search:

  • 340 grams of methamphetamine,
  • 188 grams of crack and cocaine,
  • Fentanyl,
  • Tylenol 3’s pills,
  • Packaging materials and paraphernalia,
  • Sawed-off 12 gauge shotgun and compatible ammunition.

A 23-year-old and a 69-year-old were charged with numerous drug and firearm offences and are in custody.
