WINNIPEG – Winnipeg police are investigating a suspicious death outside a Higgins-area museum.
Police wouldn’t reveal much about the investigation, but the area is known to be frequented by homeless people.
Bystanders in the area say it appeared to be an older man with short grey hair and blood on his arm.
His body was carried away from a shopping cart just outside the museum Wednesday morning.
A woman who lives in the area says the incident is “disturbing” and she’s calling for better support for people experiencing homelessness.
