Over a million of Canada’s children live in poverty

A study released this weeks says 19.6% of Canadian children live in poverty. However in Manitoba, it is 29% and in Nunavut the number is higher at 34.8%. Rachel CrowSpreadingWings finds out what Canada considers what the poverty line is.
