3 facing charges for allegedly drug trafficking in William Whyte neighbourhood

Winnipeg police say three people are facing charges in connection to a drug operation in the William Whyte neighbourhood.
WPS says on Oct. 19, officers executed a warrant at a home along Manitoba Avenue in connection to a drug trafficking investigation.
At the time, police were able to find and seize a sawed-off .22 caliber rifle, .22 caliber ammunition, 2.7 grams of Fentanyl, 2.0 grams of Methamphetamine, 3.2 grams of Psilocybin, and around $4,000 in cash.
Additionally, police were able to find seven people inside the home at the time the warrant was issued, and all seven were taken into custody.
As a result, police have charged 38-year-old Nicholas James Lilke with possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm, storing a firearm or restricted weapon contrary to regulations, and possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized.
Additionally, a 48-year-old man is facing two charges of failing to comply with the conditions of an undertaking.
A 30-year-old woman is facing multiple charges of possession of a scheduled substance, as well as charges of proceeds of property obtained by a crime under $5,000, unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition, storing a firearm or restricted weapon contrary to regulations and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000.
The four others were released without charges.
