Winnipeg police looking for man who allegedly sexually assaulted women near Health Sciences Centre

Winnipeg police say they are trying to identify a man who allegedly sexually assaulted multiple women near the Health Sciences Centre.
On July 2, WPS received multiple reports claiming that women had been sexually assaulted near the hospital.
Police say around 7 p.m., a teen was walking near Elgin Avenue and Sherbrook Street when she was confronted by an unknown man and allegedly sexually assaulted. She was able to report the incident to an adult and was taken to safety.
Twelve minutes later, a woman was walking along William Avenue and Furby Street when she was confronted by an unknown man and allegedly sexually assaulted.
Around 7:42 p.m., a hospital staff member was walking through hospital tunnels when she was confronted by an unknown man and allegedly sexually assaulted.
Then, a couple of minutes later, another hospital staff member was walking on Emily Street near McDermot Avenue when she was confronted by an unknown man and allegedly sexually assaulted.
Police say the man has been described as in his 20s, with a slim build and dark hair. At the time, he was wearing a Winnipeg Jets shirt and wore jewelry.
