Fire crews battle vacant house fire on Langside Street

Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services are continuing to deal with vacant house fires in the city.
Thursday night, crews were called to a vacant home along Langside Street near Portage Avenue.
WFPS arrived on scene and noticed smoke coming from the home and began to battle the fire.
Firefighters were able to get the fire under control around 11:12 p.m., roughly an hour after the initial call.
At this point, the cause of the fire is under investigation, and WFPS notes that no injuries were reported.
