Through an investigation, police were able to identify a woman who was believed to be connected to the assault, and officers were able to take her into custody on Feb. 6.
It is believed that the woman, who has been identified as Stephanie Lee Traverse, and Boulanger were in a suite when they had a verbal argument. That argument then escalated, and shots were fired hitting and later killing Boulanger.
Police say Traverse was also taken into custody on three outstanding warrants.
