RCMP go door-to-door in Ashern in search of answers in the homicide of infant Xavia Skye Lynn Butler

RCMP have begun going door-to-door in the community of Ashern to hopefully obtain any information to help shed light on the death of Xavia Skye Lynn Butler.
Xavia’s remains were found in a barn in the RM of Grahamdale on June 3, 2024. At the time of her death, Xavia would have been around a year old.
RCMP say they are continuing to work on the timeline surrounding the time of her death.
More work is needed and RCMP continue to ask anyone who may have information about Xavia or who have photos to share, to call the RCMP Major Crime Services tip line at 431-489-8112.
