Winnipeg man dies in semi-trailer rollover on highway: RCMP

A 61-year-old Winnipeg man was killed when his semi-trailer entered a ditch and rolled on the highway northwest of Gimli on Tuesday.

RCMP believe the semi-trailer was driving east on Highway 68, about four kilometres east of Arborg, when it lost control and entered the ditch shortly before 1 p.m.

The man was pronounced dead on the scene.

Gimli RCMP are investigating.
