Winnipeg sees 3.5 million annual visitors to the city, which is in part due to outside entities bringing in seasonal businesses, which includes Big Bounce Canada who has brought back the World’s Largest Bounce House.

It’s touted as the largest touring inflatable in the world and it’s a Guinness World Record holder. It touched down at the Red River Exhibition, with a whopping 24,000 square feet of inflatable fun to check out.

Hamilton says it isn’t just Winnipeggers stopping by either, he says many will travel hundreds of kilometres to check it out.

“Between Ottawa and Calgary there’s a lot of distance here in Canada, so if people want to come out and enjoy this unique event, I think they’re willing to a ways to get it done,” said Hamilton.

And it isn’t just Bounce Canada that is bringing thousands into Winnipeg, the city is jam-packed with events and festivals throughout the summer months. Travel Manitoba says we were one of the first provinces to recover from the pandemic, due to locals embracing the beauty of the province.
