Winnipeg police looking for driver of June hit-and-run

Winnipeg police are looking for the driver of a Chevrolet Equinox following a hit-and-run collision involving a pedestrian on June 25.
The WPS said the collision happened around 11:50 a.m. on June 25 near Main Street and James Avenue.
Through the investigation, police learned an 18-year-old woman exited a bus and tried to cross the street when she was hit.
The driver of the Equinox then fled the scene.
Police say the woman was taken to hospital in unstable condition and was later upgraded to stable.
